Small-town North Dakota kid. Got into real estate the old-fashioned way — buying, flipping, and figuring it out. That side hustle became a career, and now I help people find homes, investments, and projects in a city I'm proud to call mine. I live here with my wife Kat, and together we've flipped homes and own rentals — so I understand this stuff from the inside out. I also have a background as a CPA, which mostly just means I'm comfortable talking numbers, tax implications, and the financial side of a deal in plain language — stuff that can get glossed over.

When I'm not on a deal, I'm on the trails, the golf course, the mountain, or somewhere in the backcountry — now with a very opinionated one-year-old along for the ride. Real estate should be honest, creative, and genuinely enjoyable. That's what I'm here for.
